Is there an easy way to do it, or will I be forced to empty the damned thing and redeed? I'm the leader of my guild, but I have to let my sub lapse for a while and I don't know if I'll be back before my character is deleted. (Speaking of that, how long do unused/unsubbed chars stay in the database?)
Needless to say, I'm hoping there is a command or somesuch that allows me to transfer ownership to someone. /crossfingers

Get the new (Bob) and the old owner of the PA hall in the building.
The owner types:
/transferStructure bob
Now Bob will own the structure if he has enough lots free to take over the ownership.

Thank you. The only other option I could see would be for the new guildleader to buy a new hall and plop it down somewhere, then hike back and forth with the items. Not fun.
