Our PA leader has left the game recently, and left only 1 person with the accept memebr power, and nothing else. We have about 75 memeber's, only about 25 ever log on anymore, and fewer than that are very active. We don't have the kick command, so we can't trim out the inactves.
So, is there no way to change the leader? We have a good number of active guildmembers and would like to keep our guild stong, but without a leader and nno way to chose one, we are having a hard time of it. Thanks for any help.

You can choose a new guild leader if you want.
Go to the guild terminal in the PA hall and pick 'guild members', choose the new leader name and 'ok', now pick 'set alliance' or something similiar (at work, so no way to check). I think you need more then 50% of the guild members to do this for the new leader to be set.

Not sure if you need a certain % or not but worth the try it takes a week for "set allegiance" to go in effect.

Pepencoa, I have told the Devs that this would be an issue with the current Allegience system. Unfortunately there is no in-game way around this crack you have fallen into. You can try to appeal to Customer Service through the in game holocron ticket system. They don't always have the proper tools to help PAs but it is worth a shot. If their response isn't positive you could start a new PA or send me a private message and I can at least use your story as an example of Allegience system issues.
Good luck!

I have a solution for you, it may be a little odd, but could work. A city on my server did something similar, because they were unable to vote out their mayor. Figure out approximately how many people you need to out number the inactives. Appeal to the members of yourserver on your server forum and ask them to join your guild for a week or so until you vote in your new leader. It's a long shot, but it might work if you're desperate.

We've had the entire guild pretty much set allegience to me - over 75%. It simply doesn't work. Has been weeks.

It resets each week, but nobody knows for sure when. CSR has said that it happens every week at the same time as the guild was first created. They've also said it happens one week from the first person changing their allegience. And - of course - they've said "we don't know, if you find out please tell us".
Anyway, your best bet is to ask your members to do it every time they're in the PA hall area, or try and get everyone together and do it within the space of an hour or a day or something. Setting allegience once won't matter once the mystery week has passed.
