Hi there,
I am just trying to get some feedback from the community to see if there is anything that can be done.
The story is that our guild leader left the game with no administration on the PA Hall, but luckily a resonable amount of maitenance and also he gave me some privilages on the guild to be able to invite and kick people.
Since customer services were unable to offer any help and advice and I mean they were complete rubbish, I am turning to the community for help, since they actualy know how the game is played.
Firstly, I guess our PA hall will fall eventualy anyway, but if we are unable to vote in a new guild leader by then, will we loose all rights to be able to add and kick people from the guild, even if we place a new guild hall?
Secondly what happens if I kick the current leader from the guild? Will it make the guild null and thus never able to have a leader?
Thridly how many % of the guild need to set alligence to the new guild leader for it to change? I heard it was 80% and I have kicked all inactive members to hope to achieve this number.. but there is no way to tell who has voted or not.
4thly if we do manage to vote in a new guild leader and then the PA Hall decays, is it just a case of palcing a new PA hall? Or will we loose functionaily of the guild terminal with the new guild hall?
Thanks for listening, any advice, knowledge or tips would be useful.

Ok one of the first things you want to do is vote for a new leader. You only need 50% of the votes but it takes time, about 7 days to switch over. Once that is done dont worry about the PA hall. Have another memeber with the lot space drop a new one. The guild will not disband you just can not add/remove people from the guild. You unfortunately can not kick the leader from the guild. They took that out of the game some time ago if I'm correct. The main thing is to get a new guild leader.
If worst comes to worst everyone should remove themselves from the guild by targeting themselves (ctrl 1) and type /removeguild and then just start a new one. And make sure a few more people have admin rights to the hall this time.

Thx! Half way there then
Once the leadership changes over.. I wonder if there is a way to destory the existing PA to replace with a new one in the same place...
Anyway, we have a spare PA. I hope the terminal will work on it once we have leadership again.

Just let the other PA hall run out of money and be destroyed once that happens drop the next PA hall. Even if you take a few days to drop it the guild will remain the same.

A PA Hall is esential to create a Guild, but once the Guild is created it's not actually needed. The Guild will continue as is without any problems withouta PA Hall (as long as you have at least 5 members still in the Guild). The only thing the PA Hall provides is the Guild Management Terminal.
Not having Admin rights isn't going to hurt you either. All the members of the Guild will still be able to go to the Guild Management Terminal in the PA Hall and set their alleigence to the new Guild Leader. Once the new Guild Leader has more people with their alliegence set to him than the old leader, then the switch over of Leader will take place. However, the actual mechanics of the leadership switch over can take up to a week to occur, so be patient.
Thirdly, any member of the Guild can put downa PA Hall. If they do, it automatically becomes a PA Hall of the Guild without them having to do anything. As a result, if you want you could put down a new PA Hall now, and just let the old one decay. Unless you specifically want the new one to at the same location as the old one, then you'll have to wait.
Don't kick the old Guild Leader out of the Guild until the Leadership has passed onto the new Guild Leader, as there have been issue's with Leaderless Guilds in the past.
I hope this helps.
