I'm having this problem ... well I have many problem but here is this specfic one. lol

I have, number of times, had our guilds secondhall error out for me to get to the basement. I get an error stating "You are already on the lowest level." Then I will watch another player go to the basement without problem. But I am still locked out and will be for a day or two. One time for a week. I have not heard of any of my members having this problem. Has anyone else ran across this problem? Any suggestions besides wait till it clears?

Yeah, our guild had that problem, but we found a way to fix it. Heres how you get around this annoying problem, or at least how we get around it:

1) Exit the Guild Hall

2) Call a Vehicle/Mount or start running

3) Once you are about 500m or so away from the Guild Hall turn around and head back.

4) It should work now (This always works for our guild)

And...I guess it was our guilds second hall (we moved halls, placed this one, then placed a 3rd one, then removed the first one, it was kind of a wierd move...)

I had this problem last night, sent in a CSR ticket.. and actualy got responded back pretty darn quick. But by the time they did respond the PA "corrected" itself. But the CSR said it was a known issue and it seems the PA Halls usualy correct themselves after several hours.

It has been working great sense /shrug

Glad I found this thread -

I placed a PA hall a few hours ago on Farstar and Im getting exactly the same problem - Ive not managed to get downstairs to see my nice new rooms yet

It doesnt seem to be resetting itself (tried the suggestions here) - does anyone else therefore have experience with this bug and suggestions on how to overcome it - short of just wating for the hall to reset overnight....

any help/ suggestions, or just more posts to let me know its not just me, would be apprecaited.

Other suggestions: Run away 1500k then come back. Log out for at least 30 minutes then come back.
