They actually modified the Tatooine Guild Hall Deed i have and removed all the restrictions from the deed or thats what it looked like what was done. It took a bit working with the CSR, but eventually we got it to work and got the Guild Hall placed. I'm glad we did get it down it does help it fit within the style of the city, granted the other guilds PA hall we have in the city is generic for the moment because we haven't had the same luck with CSR's.

At least we know it can be done, and ask them to do it until a quick fix...

TH is working with the Correspondents this week. I have tacked this on to the end of our Top 5 because a couple of the Top 5 issues have been resolved already. I'll report back on Friday either with a response or to let you know I'm going to try some other channels to get this information.

Posting to say that CSR-TimV is easily the best asset that SOE has in their customer service department right now. He has helped me and my guild on numerous occasions and is always eager to assist in any way he can. Great guy, A++ would submit ticket for again.

Why ar eyou posting it in this thread? Did he fix your Tat PA so it would work on Lok?

Alright, a little update...

I resubmitted my ticket with Virus' example of CSR-TimV helping him to allow the Hall to be placed on Lok. The CSR responded with a pretty full reply. He said that he wasn't willing to convert the deed because it could mess something up... like you'd have problems with re-deeding, etc (though at this time, I just want the dang thing placed, who cares if it's worthless or destroyed on redeed). He emphasized that the devs are working on it, and that he expected the fix next Publish (though nothing was in the patch notes yet). He seemed pretty clear and eloquent about his response.

I can't log in right now to see his name or give you more exact wording, but that was the basics.

HEH....That is what I am fearing, I submited a tickect on it too. Now I just wanna see what response I get. I will be sure to post the end result here.

Well 4 days later I finally got a response to my ticket and once again I have been told it is working as intended. Hoping you have better news from your meeting with thunderheart!

Yes, a sister-PA in my city just received the same response... meanwhile I have received 2 responses of "it's a bug and is being worked on." The dis-harmony between CSRs is astounding.

Being from that sister PA, I have to say, I love this game, I even like a lot of the parts most people consider broken,

That said, even as a "fanboi" the Customer Service is *SO* frustrating. Different answers to the same issue, no communication with regards to fixes or planned fixes...or what is working as intended, and what is meant to be different....

I can deal with a "broken" game, I can deal with a game that needs to be fixed, but PLEASE communicate with us in a consistent manner, and dont close every other thread for being "unconstructive" when in fact many of those were simply "critical."

So, devs, if anyone is out there, what is the deal with Tatooine PA halls on other planets? Are they never going to be allowed, or is it a bug?

There is not going to be any response on this this week. While I've gone through all of the proper channels to get an issue recognized, I have nothing to show for it yet. As you can see CSRs are limited starting today, and it looks like the same is going to apply to the Devs.

I haven't exhausted every means of communicating. I am going to try a new level of getting attention to this, and I will keep you all thoroughly updated regardless of the response.
