Two easy to find ones are outside the cantinas in Moenia and Coronet. The rebel base on Rori has one as well. Also, check the world map for rebel bases. They have mission terminals in them. Plus lots of rebel player cities have them now.

Nabubu City on Naboo also has a Rebel Mission terminal. And an Imperial one, for that matter.

Nabubu is a neutral city, with a no PvP (unconsenting) rule while within city limits. Now, not everyone is aware of that rule, so you kind of take your chances if you're overt or TEF'ed, but you're welcome to use those terminals to your hearts content.

And while you're at it, browse in the Nabubu mall for the best armor, weapons, droids, and powerups around! We've got it all! We even have the famous Ackis and his delightful droids, and Maya and her magnificent weapons!

there is another way ofcourse, might be a hard one though. you can get your members to put down an imp and a rebel factional HQ. worked for my guild/city, and both still standing after a month
