You get an AT-ST from the Imperial recruiter, in the Personel support section. Cost will vary based on the status of the war on that planet, but it generally ranges from 6750 to 15000 faction points, if your human. If you are not human, these cost will increase dramatically. Once you have an AT-ST, you can group with it to recieve missions for close to 30,000 credits per mission. For faction missions, you are looking at more around 9,000 - 12,000 credits per mission. Faction points are somewhere in the neigborhood of 1% of the total payyoff for the mission, so a 12,000 credit mission will give roughly 120 faction points for finishing the mission. This is in addition to any faction points made for killing the npc's and the flag. I can do missions with my AT-ST grouped, and bring in about 450 faction points per pair of missions.
