Ah Ha. I don't think our guildmaster has been on since the publish went live. She has been super busy the last couple days IRL. By GL, do you mean city level, group level (what do you mean by that), or something else?
The city was set for upgrade last night but it did happen until after I had tried to sign this guy up.
GL = Guild Leader
And don't worry about the city, guild and cities are not linked in any game mechanics.

Umm... no that's not how it works. The guild leader can change your guild title, which is what you see next to their name, but that doesn't mean they have permissions. The titles can bejust about anything.My guild title is "Purple Goddess."

Wrong. If you go into the members screen off the guild management terminal, It list all the members of the guild and if they have been granted permission to do certain things it will be listed beside their name in brackets. Anyone in the guild can see this but only the administrator can alter it.

Wrong? Lol, I stand corrected, I have never not had the permission to adjust permissions, so natuaraly assumed that menu was accesable only by those with the right. As far as the rights being reset, Cannar was a victim of the /guildremove 'name' bug, and was kicked from our guild by himself. he was rerecruted, and had to regrant everyones permissions, and with 200+ members at the time, well, lets just say he was prety hot. Alot of bugs are unexplainably random, so many diff conditions, bugs like these take the longest to fix, because they are the hardest to recreate and track down.

I stand corrected. Ok so even though the title is there the permissions may have been remove one way or another.
I thought the system put the title there when someone was grant certain permissions.
Like I said before though, the guildmaster had told this guy to contact me IG so she may not even be aware that I cannot do it.
