Our guild came over from Earth and Beyond.... almost the entire thing.

We now run the Foundation Andromeda as a business. I am the President and CEO, by general election.

There are three other ExO (Executive Officers), also by general election.

Any complaints or personal problems are brought to me, or one of the ExO's. Guild related problems, new alliances, direction, etc., are discussed in meeting format. Whenever one is called.

We hold our meetings like any board meeting. Old business, new business, voting, discussions, and closing.

It has worked quite well for us, this far.

Especially since our guild is neutral with all factions.
