I dont think that there is one specific thing that will cause bugs like these to happen. My hypothesis is that somewhere down the line, a line or two of code gets corrupted, or a packet is dropped, so the request that you want to go down is never recieved by the server..... but its just my guess.



That's what I'm afraid of, those types of bugs are the nearly impossible to find kind. I'm hoping someone can find at least a semi-reproducable step to it.
