That's great that they were able to restore everything, she was lucky there. With the situation in this thread though, I don't think a CSR would be able to help much unless they can convince the CSR to transfer ownership of the guildhall to someone else, which I don't think they'll do. But hey, you can always try it and the worst they can do is say no.
