I am actually more impressed byflash driven sites for the simple reason it has more to it then most. It shows that those that made the site actually care enough to put more into it for a far more impressive public image.

I just wanted to give a little constructive critisimas a web designerin that your scroll tab on your scroll bar is virtually invisible and while this is not a huge deal to those who just the arrow keys or a scroll button, butfor those who don't know have the convience of this knowledge or technology are left to kind of trouble it out. My suggestion is to make it light enough to be visible but not make it stand out so much from your scroll bar that it doesn't fit into your color scheme.
