I didn't mean to state that there is a correlation between age and maturity. Now that I read my original message again it does seem that way but that was not my intention (Jascentia).

In any case, here's the update. I had a chat with the player and suggested that we might not be the best choice of guilds. He was not happy but didn't fly off the wall like I had thought. He then asked what he can do to fit in and that he really wants to fit in...etc. I was impressed to say the least as it was a complete turn-around from what I had expected. In case, the conversation continued and told him to think of me as his older brother.

So we didn't have to kick him afterall. Whew!
