They are not automatically removed ever. However, once the character purge happens any inactive accounts 6 months or more will be removed at that point, but not until then. I would just recommend checking for activity every once in a while and removing the ones you know are inactive until we have more options available to us in that regard.

Thanks, friends. The only thing that really bothers me is that I have heard guild halls go poof within 1 hour of a guild having less than 5 people. I have got way too much in my hall. I would hate to see that happen

Guild Halls will never poof because the guild disbands due to less than 5 members. However.. if the owner of the guild hall deletes their account then it is a possibility then. But otherwise.. the structure is seperate from the guild in that regard.

Okay great! In the holocron in game, it said the hall would disappear within one hour of the guild disolving, and it worried me. The hall is full of rare loots and stuff.
Thanks!

How long after their accounts are canceled will the character automatically be removed from the guild?

Until the end of eternity. Guild members are never automatically removed from the guild list. They can delete the character entirely and the name will still appear as a member of the guild.

For how long after a guild is created will it survive if it doesn´t have more than 5 members?
I assumed it was pretty quick but I started a guild of my own (just for tag lol) and it still hasn´t been disbanded after 4 days. Is it a week or something?

And after its disbanded you can just start it again with the same name and same tag. So pretty pointless why they would let guilds disband due to low membership count..

I think it is more a matter of convenience. I know I wouldn't want to have to go back to the PA hall every 7 days to recreate the guild.

It'll happen when it happens.. in otherwords, I'm not sure. I know the recent housing maint changes were the first step of it.

Here is the system my guild has devised:
Once a month, we send a guild email, and everyone must reply to the Leader. Those who haven't replied within a month (ie: by the next one) and haven't otherwise explained their abscence gets /kicked.
I think that is a reasonable amount of time to allow unexplained abscence.
As we run our guild on a semi-democratic basis, we want to keep the membership list composed of active members so that we can change the leadership if we want to.
