The current storage cap for any large structure is 250. They won't raise this cap until many other things have happened to address player storage. The vendor changes are one aspect of this. So, they might look at it at some point in the future, but not soon.

Perhaps this issue has been addressed.... many times before. Please forgive me if it has.
The Foundation Andromeda does most of our work inside the guild hall. We have tried to store our resources there, and, of course, there is simply not enough space! There are those HUUUGE rooms downstairs in our Naboo guild hall, and we can't use them!
Will this issue ever be addressed, or will we have to keep placing "storage shack" houses outside the hall?
Please, someone, let me know. This is becoming quite the issue.
Any ideas?

Is it possible to get a list of what these "many other things" are along with a timeline for completion on each? Guild Halls in their current state serve little to no purpose.

There is no "timeline" or any guarentee that they will work on PA or PA related items anywhere in the near future. We simply try to make requests that are easy, or easier to program, trying to work within the bounds of the current systems to increase chances they may consider them.
Right now, the entire Development schedule is filled up, any large changes to anything will be done after JTL, Combat Revamp, Smuggler, Profession roles, etc.. That's why its vital we ask for things that do not require a developer to dedicate a large amount of time (something they could maybe do in their spare time, instead of in a few hours). Otherwise, the things we ask for will be delayed (if even approved) until after all the other major systems they have planned have been changed.
We'd all like to see a complete revamp of PAs and all our ideas programmed into the game, but realistically, we have to work with what we can to accomplish anything right now.

Try to be creative with the things you have, most likely the result will be even better

What really should be put in place for guild donations is a system like LNR's LSP. You could donate items to a "vendor" and get X number of points for each item. You can in turn spend those points on items that you would like from that "vendor".
That would fix the storage problem, and the problem of getting rescources to guild members with little risk of theft.... cough...LNR THEFT...cough

I have a question that applys to this topic. We have guild a guild with over 80 members (Wooks) and we are keeping our resources in "guild houses", the problem we are running into is that there isn'tenough room on the admin list for all our members. Is there a fix for this that we haven't thought of or is itsomething we will just have to live with?

As far as I know there is no fix for this. My guild has what we call a "Trade House". This is for players to drop items they don't want and other can pick it up. We had the same problem at one point with the names on the list. The first thing we did was remove inactive players the second was to remove alt accounts, only the initial accounts are kept unless requested. Thats all that really can be done now.

I wish they'd lower the lots required on pa halls. I think all pa halls takes 9 lots, with the exception of tat ones...those take 7 lots? If they can't or won't up the item limit caps the least they could do is lower the number of lots. I feel all guilds need a place to meet and store things for other guildmates to use. The halls are so huge and there is a lot of wasted space no matter how you look at it.
With a nabooian guildhall, the largest amount of storage you could have in addition to that hall (on the same account) would be a 1 slot factory. You could store 100 items in it. I know this isn't the intended purpose of factories but I know a lot of people are doing it simply because they don't give us enough storage space. It costs more than running a house, but the extra storage is worth it.

In order to decrease the amount of lots on existing structures they would have to do one of two very unlikely things...
1. Totally change the way the lot formula is calculated throughout the entire game (right now it is based on footprint size of the structure).
OR
2. Totally change the footprint size and art for all existing PA Halls (and don't ask me what would happen to all of the stuff that might be in your existing PA Hall!).
Like I said, the above two scenarios are prohibitively unlikely. Not only would they require assets and attention that are tied up in time-critical game development... Consider for a moment the bugs and issues that would likely be raised in an attempt to doone of the above things. I do want this issue to be addressed, and I want it to be addressed in the most painlessand feasable manner.
Our best bet is still getting the capability to add Guild Management Terminals to other existing structure types. This provides the added benefit of giving PAs more personality, as currentlythere is very littleovert visible distinction between PAs. An entertaining PA could make the Cantina their Hall, and such.
As you know the Top 5s are being redone, and this request will be on our list.

Maybe it would be possible (with the recent changes to armoire's and cabinets and such) to use furniture to solve this problem. Currently if you place items inside of an Armoire they count against the total storage on the house (PA, home, whatever). Maybe it wouldn't be too bbad to make those similar to the way our backpacks work. Items inside furniture would not count against total storage, instead just count as 1 item (the furniture) I guess that would be more like our personal storage currently in banking terminals.
Might still be a big coding issue (god bless the code monkeys!) but it's a possible solution.

Yes, it would be a possible solution, but at the same time if they just made it count as one item there would be people placing 250 chests to take advantage and having 12.5k items in a house. If they did something like this, I believe they would have to limit it to say 4-5 total and make it count as half of the items in the pack, IE a full pack would count as 25 and not 1. It would help out some, without suddenly allowing nearly infinite storage.
