Thread: Pistols with higher accuracy than normal

I wasn't able to get a response from this post on the Weaponsmith forum. Maybe someone here knows the answer?
I've noticed some additional changes with weapons of late. Previously for a given pistol type, the min - max damage, speed, and HAMs were what I noticed changing.
Now I'm seeing some with different accuracy modifers at ideal range, and increased wound percents - similar to the effects you would see from adding a scope, but without the scope.
Are these from using advanced parts, like an advanced barrel instead of a regular barrel? Or from some other optional component that doesn't show?
And I've only seen pistols with no optionals, or with scopes. Are there other optional components that can be added to pistols?
