Other than the DX, is there an acid pistol that pistoleers can use?

No. Although Novice BH gets the Scatter pistol cert which does acid, and I think also armor piercing 1 i could be wrong though.

That's correct, but someone pointed out to me that myScatter Pistol looksjust likemy sister's blow dryer. Not the same effect though.

Scatter pistol always has a higher min damage (at least everyone that I have seen) compared to the DX, so it's pretty much the only acid one I use.

DX2 is a better gun but a scatter is cheaper to make a krayt version. (4 tissues for a DX2 1 for a scatter) Since its only one tissue scatters often are made as the gun made from the left over ubeer tissue so thats why you see so many very good scatters and so few really good DX2s.

So true--it's a ridiculous-looking weapon. At least it doesn't dealHot Airdamage.
