I am nearly master pistoleer and ranger , but when CU comes out it looks like I will have to have ranged support tree from marksman , which I have just dropped to pursue some smuggler , thing is will I lose pistoleer if I dont get ranged support before CU????????? I will be severly p***ed if thats the case???

It wont work like that... people will get the option of transfering there Skill Boxes over

Well I never said not to worry 
But I don't think anyone is going to log on to find out they have lost there template, although a lot of people will have to drop certain skills.

dont really know for sure until it comes, be patient. and you will find out.

Actually we do know that you will be allowed to "re-specify" you template, i.e. move boxes over from one skill to another and we do know what the new pre-requisites for the elite professions will be.

still be a bugger tho to get template all set , then have to jiggle/drop/mess about because you need a certain skill now you dint need before , oh well , prob best to do it now i spose an save the grief:smileyindifferent

Why bother changing your template from what you wanted when you can do it for free (no grinding) in may?

What is the CU changing that you will need ranged support IV for?

It is changing the pre requisits for elite professions so that players are unable to create templates that are overly powerful.
