I know that this is the Pistoleer forum, but I think that this is relevant for alot of pistol fiends like me.
My build template (post CU) will be Master Pistoleer, Master Smuggler, and Expert Bounty Hunter. What is the best PVP pistol for my build.
I am wondering how a DE-10 stacks up against a Scatter. I use a DX2, an FWG5, and a Modified Republic Blaster for my PVE needs.
Let me know what you all think.
Thanks.

Have any idea when CU is supposed to go live? I am anxious to finish my template before it changes everything, and to test out some of the new guns.

We get the new expansion, Rage of the Wookies in May... and the idea is that the CU will be ready then.

As it stands right now, the DE-10 is the best energy light armor piercing weapon we have as pistols. It just depends what resists their armor have against energy and acid. DX2 and DE-10 or maybe Modified Republic Blaster(extra bleeding dot)are the best for PvP imo since they have armor piercing. SR-Combat pistol has armor piercing too but it's energy and not as good as the other two. Now, if you have a good Geonosian Sonic Blaster and they have standard composite armor with no stun resist, then that is probably the best pistol in PvP period.

how is the skill redistribution supposed to work? Wait dumb question no one knows lol, just thought about that. Since we are all going to have to reassign our skill points in new areas to make up for our new requirements for classes.
