in the pistoller skill tree there is a pistol speed mod, what is it used for, i just thought that a pistols speed was a pistols speed

It is factored into your shooting to increase your overall speed. Example: Stopping Shot without any of the Pistoleer speed mods will delay about 4-5 seconds between shots. At Master Pistoleer I use Stopping Shot about every 1.5 seconds with all the speed mods.
