Just wondering if this starting profession master shot is better than an elite profession middle of the range shot.

Why ask? well, I was out hunting stuff with a group from my PA and thouht I'd mix and match overChargedshot 2 and doubleTap up, and saw that in most cases overChargedshot2 was doing more damage in the combat tab/window.

Is a symtpom of our bugged specials, or somthing the Devs intended?

Not sure about the output damage of Overcharge 2 compared to Double Tap, BUT Overcharge 1+2 are damaging your weapon a lot, so its a kinda useless skill.

And the delay of the shots is important unless you're a BH.

doubletap is a low damage, low ham, high speed shot.

Overcharge2 is pretty slow ... I haven't tested that v. DoubleTap. Off the top of my head, I think that Overcharge1 has the same DPS as DoubleTap and KipUpShot has better DPS than DoubleTap, so yes it is possible that Overcharge2 is better.

A lot of our specials are worse than Marksman specials ... it's something we're trying to get the Devs to fix.

Let's hope they do - I'm supposed to be diff level 22 now, but have absolutely no chance of taking out a Greater Gulginaw, despite it being a white diff icon to me, it's rediculous that an elite profession is so.. well.. crap
