Awhile back the devs posted about a bunch of changes upcoming to combat.This was the post that mentioned they were thinking about introducing a hard speed cap to fix the borked speed equation.I realize that this is on the list as part of our top 5 report, but in the same post the devs also mentioned that they thought the speed for master pistoleer was a bit slow.They said they were considering increasing the pistoleers speed bonuses my question is, is this still in the works at all?

Btw does anyone have a link to that old post where the devs talk about the hard speed cap etc.Ive been searching like mad and can't find it.

Yeah i know your pushing the speed cap issue Philo , but what i was wondering about was in the same post the Dev said that they thought the speed of a master pistoleer was too slow and that they were considering giving more speed bonuses to pistoleer's, some at master and a bit before before master as well.This was a seperate thing from the hard speed cap issue although it was in the same dev post.

I made the additional speed bonuses one of our "Top 5 Issues" ... I'm doing my best with this. They gave me a response and I responded back and we're going back-and-forth still. I'll let you know when I get an answer. Keep your fingers crossed but don't get your hopes up too high.

As I said in my Status Update post, I'm working hard on the speed issue. Unfortunately I have not seen anything that makes me believe that the "speed cap" change is still on the table ... my impression is that this issue is on the backburner for now, although the Fencer and Brawler Correspondents have joined me to raise this issue with the Devs.
