Thread: Pistol Specials, what's the status?

I am currently on the brink of breaking into pistoleer. However, I have read several of these boards that make me seriously question whether or not this is the class for me since several of the specials sound like they are broken.
I did notice however that most of those posts were outdated.
So the question I am asking is this:
As of November 26 2003, what's the state of the specials?
Have they been fixed? Have some of them been fixed?
Should I bother?
I really want to try this class out but I don't want to wrestle with broken specials.
