Can anyone which is better and why? I am dabbling here and there with both Pistoleer and smuggler and my last 2 points will go to Pistoleer's Fan Shot or Smuggler's Last Ditch.

if you got the speed and marksman lines in pistoleer go last ditch if you dont have either dont bother they both suck fan aka cone kipupshot

Yeah, what he said...up til Fan Shot. It's got a really nice damage and short delay. Bread-and-butter shot, really. Just gotta watch the Cone AE in PvE.

If you got the speed, Last Ditch. If you don't, Fan Shot.

and another thing its not just speed with smuggler shots it accuracy too see with marksman and pistoleer special they have built in accuracy mods where smuggler shots do not so you need the accuracy and speed to do any good

last ditch is much higher dmg but fan shot is UBER against lots of mobs at the same time. i just got it yesterday lol i was like wow. i took a mission at the dant imp outpost and i would usually have to FD before i could finish off the last npc reb cuz my HAM was way too low. with fanshot i didnt even have to heal once i just panicshotted them and spammed fan shot. kill them in a bit over 10 seconds without healing once lol
