If you are more in to killing mobs and less in to PvP what would be the best Pistol template?

Or is the best PvP combat template also the best for killing Mobs.

Considering i always travel whit a Doctor so i dont need Medic Skills, and also that i want to keep Tracking 1 from the ranger tree to find and harvest the best mobs.

Any advice would be welcome here.

Rifleman/CH for both.

Or if you really really want to use pistols, pick up smuggler or bounty hunter to go with it.

I think the best for killing mobs would be master CH, commando 0-0-4-0.

Master Pistoleer / Master Doctor has worked very well for me for PvE. If you do this, you mightwant 1/0/0/0 scout to go with it for harvesting and terrain negotiation. Outside of pistols, I'd definitely agree that Master CH and some variant of commando that is all the way up the flame thrower tree kicks some serious booty. I've witnessed that template in PvE before, and the only way it loses is if something goes terribly wrong or is super huge.

Suppose it might help if I opened my droopy eyes. OK, so no medic skills necessary and you have the scout stuff. I'd say finish going up the ranger tree that deals with creature harvesting to get more meat, etc. Since you meet the scouting prerequisites, I'd suggest you try CH. Too tired to do the math, but you should still have some points left to stay a ranger if you master CH and pistoleer.

If you like pistols then I would recomend the following:

Master Pistoleer
Master Creature Handler
Master Scout
Ranger 0/0/3/0

If you want to consider another ranged profession you might try Master Rifleman. The DPS against high level mobs is considerably better. You wil also have an AR3 weapon.
