name speaks for itself, obviously your gonna have less accuracy while moving thus the mod for accuracy while moving, however can someone explain exactly how pistol accuracy while standing applies, does it merely stack the mod on top of your normal accuracy, while your standing still?

You think it would be simple but the specifics are quite shady as to how the mods function/apply.
