Can a master pistoleer do enough DPS against another master pistoleer using a post nerf weapon to counter doctor enhancements?
I think the answer is no.

only with a post nerf kryat is it maybe possible. and if you can KD n delay n stoppin shot them to death

I think what he is trying to say is, "Can a pistoleer outdamage the natural regeneration of a doctor buffed player?"
If it is a buffed& armoredplayer, than absolutely not. Just buffed? Maybe.

and yes that is exactly what I am saying. Isn't this a MAJOR problem? If the only weapons we can out damage a set of good buffs with is one made while marksman weapon schematics were "broken" than we need a hot fix right? Shouldn't this be a major concern for all of us?
