Uhm, not very specific...need more info to understand exactly what you are looking for.

Are you talking about what difference will the mods from master make when using your fwg?

if so, the short answer is ......fire faster and hit for more damage.

more damage? not really. Unless you count the fact that you might be using a special with a higher multiplier, but that wouldn't really make sense. Body Shot 2 is our best special until you are a master pistoleer, then maybe BS3 and fanshot only for multiple targets.

Uhm, Yes More Damage. I was not referring to comparing damage between different specials, just overall damage with each special. More damage withfanshot at master than fanshot did at 0-0-4-0, more damage with double tap at master than at 0-0-2-0....and so on.

first of all you get +20 speed at master (+74 or +79 with master marksman), this means you can now fire your specials faster than you could at pistoleer 4-4-4-4 (would be +54 at that point). that's more damage per second compared to not being a master due to this speed increase.

I didn't mean to emply they any specific special or attack does more damage than another one. But you do get a pretty noticable increase in your accuracy, speed and amount of times you hit your target.....plus you gain a small increase in how consistantly you hit your target for high damage with each box you aquire in the skill tree.

Remember at novice pistoleer when you would do a varied amount of damage between low and high....well at master that difference in the spread of damage you do dwindles down resulting in a more consistant high damage output.

Example.....novice pistoleer uses a special many many times before he levels up to the next box. During that time he deals damages between 500 - 1500 range (made up numbers of course). At any time he can hit for 500 or 1500 maybe more or less. Now at master that same special can consistantly hit from 1000 - 1500 more times than it use to average. That means you do more damage per shot and over time. Again, I should have said dps or damage overtime but nevertheless you do more damage each time you level a box and this goes for all combat professions.

Anyway, It's a fact that you gain more damage output when you level up...if you didn't there would be no need to get better guns.....and leveling up to master would only mean you gain speed and new specials. I don't know about you but I see a very big difference in the damage I do now as a master compared to when I was a novice.

So I basically gave the short answer to the orignal poster as he just made master pistoleer and wanted to know what differences there are as a master in reference to his FWG compared to where he was before.

I hope all that makes sense to you.

Now as far as bodyshot being the best special, I disagree....at least in my case. all my bodyshot attacks do less than 1k damage on avg. I hit on average of 1500 with stopping shot. I hit on average of 900 - 1200 with fanshot (have hit for 1800 on a standing mob hittting all of them for that damage on many occasions....guess how surprised I was when it happened...did it on kunga's I believe or maybe aakuan's....i just know it was npc's as that's what I fight 90% of the time).

Now I don't know what best special means to you, but to me it's speed and power....no pistoleer special can equal the damage of fanshot over time. WhY? Because fanshot can hit multiple targets 2possibly 3 times faster than stopping shot can depending on your speed mod and it averages out to more damage over time. Stopping shot (which is our most damaging special in 1 shot) is better than any of the bodyshots even though it's slower.Bodyshot 3 is broken and does less damage average wise than bodyshot 2. I hit for high damage more consistently with bodyshot 2 than I do with 3 and even more with stopping shot. I am a master pistoleer and my slowest weapon is 2.1, my fastest is 1.3. I don't use any of the bodyshots much at all simply because when I do I rarely reach 1k damage with any of them. I rarely hit for less than 1k with fanshot and never hit for less than 1k with stopping shot so in my opinion both are better than bodyshots.

Anyway, that's what I meant by more damage.....I just didn't want to right a lengthy post on it....was trying to keep it short as you can see I can get carried away when typing.... Now you made me do it anyway....LOL
