"The HAM revamp will address all of that. It will repair everyone's specials, it will solve the slow downs in combat and many other things. The challenge is that its a core game system and its going to take a bit because people from many different teams have to be involved."

Well, way I read it is part of the Combat balance will be fixing the broken specials. I HOPE this means MTPS, DS1 and 2 and PMD2 will be fixed.

How will ham adjustments fix our specials? If disarm2 was free ( no ham cost) would you use it? ever? This just means they either don't understand the problem, or have no intention of fixing us till the proffesions pass. Not really good news at all, as least thats what I read into it.
