Name says it. Is it a general helper or just specific like when you stand still? Thanks for the help

Don't quote me on this, but I would assume that Pistol Aiming helps specifically when using the /aim command with a pistol in hand, whereas Pistol Accuracy helps with your ability to hit a target when just shooting it it.

Yes, it helps when using the /aim skill found in marksman. So basically not a whole lot of use for a pistoleer. Why? Because using /aim makes you stop moving and stand still for several seconds. Although it does add to your accuracy, pistoleers tend to be rather mobile fighters once the combat is going. So it kinds of counters that. Personally that skill should be in rifleman.

Here is how /aim can be used. You can stack 3 of them together, and whether you use 1-3 /aim the effect lasts for the next 3 shots. Whether autofire or a special. Only time I use it for pistols is in PvE with an inital strike. I go to kneeling, stack 3 /aim and start with a bleed, and then 2 stoppingshots.

With rifles I use it all the time.
