So I've read alot of the treads here, (thanks to all for the great info) and i have decided to go Master Pistoleer with the Pistol line in BH and DF in Smuggler and Novice Commando (for the launcher pistol cert) My question is... I understand that u have to get unarmed 4 to get novice smuggler, after you get novice smuggler can u drop the skills in brawler to get the points back or will that make u lose novice smuggler as well??? Same question for the prerequisite skills u have to learn to get BH and Commando...

The game won't let you drop the skills in brawler unless everything above it is dropped first. In this case Novice Commando and Novice Smuggler. So to answer your question directly, no you can't.
