Im a pisoleer with 0/0/2/0. I qualify for a geno pistol, but sadly i am broke, is ther any way to make a lot of money within a time limi(say an hour)? Please help

get some good buffs, som brandy and head to Dantoine or dathomir and do some solo missions, not only will you get decent exp but the money is good also.
If your to low to handle Janta's or Enraged rancors alone the go with non solo groups untill your confident you can go it alone.

What tree should i climb first though? And what are good PvP and PvE moves, but i do more PvE?

You need to grind a little. Use Healthshot with a Republic Blaster to rack up the xp fanshot then use that the rest of the way, you'll be master pistoleer in no time. As for the geo pistol, until you have fanshot and can run a janta mission for 30k a time, you'll find it hard to get hold of a decent one.
PvE moves - healthshot to grind pistol techniques, then fanshot and fanshot only. Unless you have BH where stoppingshot and smuggler's last ditch become viable.
PvP moves - erm, on just pistoleer I'm not sure if we have a massively effective PvP move. I guess if the enemy isn't wearing either a psg or a stun chestplate you might be able to healthshot or bodyshot him to death, but if he's buffed this could take a long time. BH's eyeshot works very well and is possibly the most effective pistol move in the game for PvP

as soon as you can (skill wise) invest in these three pistols. featherwieght fw-5 modified republican blaster and a geonosian blaster. of course get all the other damage types like a stiker pistol and a dx then before you combat examine your enemy the lowest effectiveness or vulnrability use that type of weapon.
As to climbing up the trees go for speed/dodge and your specials all at the same time leave grips for the last you obtain. once you get fan shot and your speed is maxed untill master then the exp will flow quickly.
