I'm going for master pistoleer / desperado / rogue on my alt character, and wanted opinions on what order the five pistol xp lines should be leveled.

I started out going up bounty pistols for the large increases in speed and accuracy. I'm working on the last box of that line now, and the second box of pistol stances.

NextI was planning on hitting the dirty fighting line for melee mitigation and the nice variety of specials. I've got a +6 speed shirt, so with bounty pistols 4 and pistol stances 1, I'm at +87 pistol speed. I'm using damage sliced pre-nerf scatters to level, so I'm pretty close on on the speed cap.

My dilemma comes when it comes time to choose between grips and tech. I'm thinking that the extra dodge in grips would help in PvE, although fan shot could speed up leveling if I find the right targets. I'm leaning towards tech, since that would let me scratch my PvP itch a bit with the sonic blasters I have laying around.

I figure with the accuracy from bounty pistols I can put off marksmanship until the very end. Stances will come naturally.

Definately go up the Tech Tree just for the Geo Blaster. Speeds things way up.

Sounds good. I actually remember about fan shot while I was writing that. Seems like having an AoE on the cap would speed up leveling the rest of the lines.
