Assumng you have BH Pistols II for eye shot and you have Master Pistoleer.

Which gun is better for PVP DE-10 or GEO SONIC BLASTER?

depends on the situation, if they have a psg and stun armor than the de-10. No psg geo is often better. But in my opinion if they have comp and a psg an acid weapon is very good cause psg's are vulnto acid, and acid messes up armor.

What do you mean acid messes up armor? and how do you know that for a fact?

Im not questioning you, im just curious, because this is something i most certainley did not know, and will use to my advantage.

i read long ago on a post from TH explaining damage types, and he said it causes extra armor decay. (now whether orits bugged or not, is a different story)
