Thread: dirty fighting is it worth it?

is it worth picking up df line for my pvp char
panic attack is pritty bad and low blow isnt that great from what i herd but
im woundering about last ditch i herd it was a very powerfull attack

If you are speed capped then lastditch is the most powerful pistol special in the game. It can do some serious damage if you combine it with the pistol line from BH or you have pistol speed attachments that allow you to shoot it at 1 second.
If you just have master pistoleer and dirty fighting 4 and are not speed capped then I think you will find that stoppingshot or fanshot will do more damage per second with most guns.
There is a good damage calculator at http://killyourpc.org/swg/swg_dps.php that you can use to determine what your pistol speed will need to be to cap your specials. Anything over 100 is a sure cap though.

low blow is not useless and panic is great in pve and pvp, its a ranged delay and it can mean the chance to put an intim on your oppenent first or to dot them up, id have to say if your going pvp with pistol choose my template as it is a true offensive temp, with bh 4 and master pistol you cap on speed and last ditch is just plain nasty, also with fd you can SOLO any thing in the game just a thought
