I see a lot of good threads here on this forum, but not too much regarding the improvement of the profession itself. So lets fire things up here. What are your top five biggest gripes about the Pistoleer profession? Be specific. Lets not just say 'fix the specials'; give details, which specials dont work, why, and what your opinions are on how to fix them.

Remember, flaming is inevitable, but lets try to keep it down here and try to make some progress.
