Thread: PistolMeleeDefence1 better than PistolMeleeDefence2?

Alright I only made Master Pistoleer perhaps a month or so ago but as I was grinding up my stances tree and I gained what I call "Beeatch Slap 1" I was able to KD just about any opponent and KD them again after having switched targets for a few moments. Then I thought. Wow wonder how much better "Beeatch Slap 2" will be? Is Pistol Melee Def. 2 broken? It doesn't seem to do anything other than just hit an opponent. I only see it as a waste of an ability since I do more damage with nearly every other pistol ability. Any feedback out there for me? Broken? Or just crap?

I think it is broken,i only use pistol melee defense 1 (beeaaaatch slap 1)

PMD2 has been broken for aslong as I can remember. I only use PMD1,

I guessPMD2 is not fixed, because with this special working properly pistoleersmight be very powerful. Otherwise there is no other reason that it is still bugged.

Other than the fact that they arent going to fix stuff that is being completely revamped in the combat upgrade...as far as I was able to tell all the specials we have work. Whether they are all useful or not...I cannot speculate until I am master pistoleer...and at this rate it may be a while :-P

Yep Beeeatch Slap 1 is the one that works. I only use it on powerful opponents. Funny howyou can run by a rancor and drop it like its hot...

sorry but PMD2 does *not* work... in fact i've yet to see it cause damage.

I suppose this makes sense. Too late to complain about it now, all I can hope is for working specials in the CU. Thanks.

Funny, I thought bitchslap2 was going to be the bomb too until I tried it and it didnt do shxt!

So, I am confused now. Is it going to get fixed in the CU or no?

I have been Master Pistoleer for a while now and even w/ my DE-10 I get no results w/ PMD2.. Guess I wasn't the only one after all!

u have to get used to the fact that most of pistoleer specials dont work - either totally bugged (have u tried the master multi target shot ) or not working as expected (disarming shots ).

i use fan shot on multiple targets, stopping shot on lairs and PMD1 with HealthShot 2 with single targets.

health shot 2 is the one u get as novice - and which is your best single damage dealer (stopping shot might do more damage but on random HAM).

at least with the CU now stopping shot stops targets and disarming shot disarms targets .
