I am going to get master marksman and scout, master pistoleer and the pistol branch of the BH tree (the skills stack right?), that way I'll be the be all end all when it comes to pistols, what should i do with the remaining points ot optimize my character, and do you think the char build I have planne dnow is even usable or is it a waste of time? Your input is greatly appreciated.

That all depends on how many points you have left. You might want to plow a few into Medic to help out those long battles.
