I've been reading several posts by people that use Warning Shot but I have yet to use this skill (I'm a novice Pistoleer). I have always used either Phycienene (that's not how you spell it, but whatever) Darts which act like a snare or the Adhesive Mesh's which root them. Is warning shot better than the traps? If so, I've been wasting my time crafting...

i use warning shot AND traps...i start out with the snare trap, then throw the one that lowers melee and ranged defense...fire a couple body shots and by then the snare will be wearing off...then start in with warning shot/body shot...works great heh
