Pistoleer Archive

That's what I want to shoot for....is Master Pistoleer and Master Squad Leader....I just reached Novice Pistoleer today, and am about 1 lvl each away for novice Squad Leader!

Any thoughts on how a Squad Leader would be with having some pistoleer skills? I was thinking more medic for group dynamics, but pistoleer seems very tempeting.

Squad leaders need to do damage for squad leadership exp, so getting an elite weapons profession is pretty much a requirement to advance quickly.

You could benefit from getting novice medic and a few other skill boxes - you should be able to master pistoleer, squad leader, and still have points enough for some very effective dabbling in the medic tree. From my calculations:

Novice marksman + pistol 4 + ranged support 4 = 43 points.
Novice scout + exploration 4 + survival 4 = 43 points.
Master Pistoleer =63 points.
Master Squad Leader =63 points.
Total: 212 points.
Left over: 38 points.
