The reason I drift over to this section of the boards is that I am an aspirirng Teras Kasi artist, and would like to know if this particular weapon does anything to slow enemies down. If not, I suppose I may as well lay aside the handgun in favor of a carbine (perish the thought!) and practice until I can knock people over with it....

And if it does not slow, entangle, or otherwise mess with an opponent's mobility, why the name...?
