What's the speed cap for master pistoleers? Assuming you are using the slowest shot.



26 August 2003 - Devs make their first detailed promise to overhaul the Smuggler profession.

speed cap is always 1 second.


without dabbing in BH you end up with +74 speed.


with a 1.4 sec gun you shoot every special at 1sec exept stopping shot and multitarget shot.
