PBS2 seems like a shot with some great potential. Possibly an eyeshot type move, could Point Blank Single 2 be used to hit mind damage since it's up close /and/ blind a person? What other ideas do people have for PBS2?

Massive damage irrespective of target’s armour. This represents the fact that it is akin to shoving your barrel into the gap between armour sections.
