sorry about that hit the button too soon!
but were can i get my self a better pistol?? i have a 65-178 fwg5 1.6 speed!
I hear u all have pistols over 300 max dmg! i neeeeed one like that how much do they cost and were do i get em??
i am on starsider!

Forget about the FWG5. Get yourself a nice Krayt Republic Blaster. Cheaper, better damage, AP1

except that republic blasters start with a -46 accuracy mod 
unless you're firing at 64m away, it's hard to hit anything with it
i've been looking for the new modified one but have had no luck so far.....
i enjoy my krayted scout blaster.... no AP but only 1.1 speed and dmg 87-229
plus all ham costs are in the teens

At Master Pistoleer and close to it I rarely miss with my Republic Blasters.

The only problem with republic blasters is they look like a spud gun or water pistol, personnally i won't be seen dead using one of those. the DX2 Rooles

True. But it's all about damage in my book and the Dx2 just doesn't have it. Also, the DX2 takes 5 identical Krayt tissues to upgrade. Completely not worth the tissues.

I bought a 1.8 90 310 Krayt Republic for 12k new. Just find a decent weaponsmith who doesn't gouge.

Its gonna cost ALOT because the republic takes a bunch of tissues, I would go for a Modified Republic Blaster if you are gonna spend the $$ on Kraytt tissues, as it will have a higher damage and I think it has a bleed dot built into it. The Schematics for the modified republics can be gotten from the rebel themepark I think...go ask your local master weaponsmith.
I have seen non exploited kraytt modifieds with well over 500 damage on them, and as a master pistoleer your will be firing at speed cap, a very nice thing

About that "Modified" Republic Blaster. Is that a completely separate pistol schematic from the vanilla RB or something that's added to the RB during crafting? I asked my PA's weaponsmith about it last night and he had no idea what I was talking about.

Yes, it's a different schematic. I don't think the damage is any different from a regular republic blaster, but the Modified Rep. Blaster does have a bleed DOT. Don't Republic Blasters only take 2 Krayt tissues? This gun wouldn't cost that much. Besides, I bought a nice non-Krayt Rep. Blaster for about 6800 cr. The max dmg was 220 before the slice. I bought 5 of them anda couple got really good damage slices that bumped them up to 91-290 dmg. With a powerup they are at about 120-382 dmg. The others w/ damage slices were about 260 max dmg. The Republic Blaster is a Pistoleer's best weapon.
