I am a 2/1/3/1 on the pistoleer tree. Where is a good place to hunt to gain xp with out getting trashed if i am by myself? I've been on Dathomir for a while, it just seems almost to hard to solo and i get very little xp running in a group looking for rancor.

I like fighting bols, piket longhorns and savage quenkers on Dantooine. I can easily get 715k an hour by myself with a set of buffs. Of course with my melee defenses I almost never get hit

go to mos eisley, behind the starport. (This is a good place for trapping also). I start shooting critters, the work my way to the lil alcove right beside the cantina that has a bunch of spice fiends, and other NPCs. Blow them away, by them you are done, the critters have spawned. Wash rinse repeat. Can be done solo and dont need buffs.

Shattered reality, and all that remains is Shardz.

Savage Quenkers are good for 3900 pistol xp per kill and are very possible to take on without buffs. The 3900 is with a droid or pet grouped but staying back near your vehicle, and you can't use any bleeds-- because that takes away from the XP you earn. If you get yourself a nice set of Ubese armor with special protection against Kinetic you are in business.

Giant Baz Nitch's are the best XP that I have found yet. They are vulnerable to heat (FWG5) and as long as your are buffed and have stopping shot, pistol meleedefense1, and bodyshot 2 or 3. They give you 5000 pistol xp per kill as long as you have a droid or pet grouped but, again, staying back and out of the way.

Another important thing to note is that GBN missions will get you 11K everytime, but SQ missions get you 6900 a pop.

Are you using a DX2 for the Rancors? I had the same problem on Dath before I re-armed. As a 0-0-3-3 I get 3500 per rancor with the DX2. Just a suggestion.

savage quaenkers all the way!!

I am about halfway up the pistoleer tree and can kill em in about 10secs. I get about 200k an hour or so depending on travel timeand i do all the missions unbuffed

Grab a buff. Some friends. A DX2, and head to Fort Tusken.

Go up Pistol Tech first. Then go up Grips. And last, go up Marksmanship.

SAVAGE QUENKERS!!!! Get yourself to Dant. I've been going to Fort Tusken for ages. This weekend I decided to go the Dant - omg. I got 700k xp this weekend !! I would definitely advise buffs, and a good supply of brandy. Still, they're fairly easy to kill. Also, store your speeder before combat. I lost 2 this weeknd due to Picket spawns next to me - bummer
