Hi everyone ...

I have been searching for 3 weeks to try and find an answer to this question. If it annoys anyone because it has already been answered, please simply tell me where to look.

I have started to PvP, and I have various skills that help me defend (fencer). But I really really want to be a Master Pistoleer. In the short term I want to find a good mind-attack pistol. In the long term, who knows.

So can anyone advise me about statistics for mind-attack pistols (Geo Blasters ??) or other pistols,

I have seen Geo Blasters at anything from 50K to 4 million ...

"Mind - attack" is a bit vague. Theres 3 types of "attack" this could be:

- Poison/Bleed/Fire DoT
- Focused Special
- Disease

DoTs for mind are loot - based, and mostly going to be gained from hunting high level mobs - NS's, SMC's, etc. Although I think you mean a focused special - i.e. a attack that hits the Mind directly, as Body Shot hits the Health pool. Unfortunately the only special that can do this guaranteed, will be Eye Shot, from the BH Pistol tree.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is no mind damaging pistol that can be crafted. BH has Eyeshot which attacks mind specifically and that is the only mind targetting special pistols can do. Other than that you will have to rely on looted DoT (Damage Over Time) weapons with mind dots such as poison fire or disease to get the job done and the price for a good one is very high. My suggestion is to go to the Geonosian caves and camp the first room until you loot a mind dot geo blaster. As for the geo blaster they arent mind attacking pistols they are stun damage. Stats on them well, my Geo is 2.7 speed 190-429-ish but it cost me 2 mil, and i got a VERY lucky high damage slice.

maybe. The only special that I am aware of that targets the mind spacificly is eyeshot. Bleeds hit random pools.

Yea it bleeds health, action and mind but hits health.

im pretty sure bleeding shot hits all hams but always bleeds mind, thats all ive seen it ever do.

I've tested it quite a bit so here it's how it works:

First of all it hits a random pool. It USED to be a very weak mind bleed, but not anymore.
It stacks with other bleeds, like health shot 1/2, leg shot, mind shot...
What's interesting is that it stacks with itself. You can fire bleeding shot some times and you will see that it stacks. What's more, like it's been said, it can bleed two or more pools with just one tick. I've had it hit health and mind (purple numbers), action and mind (I think yellow numbers) and three pools simultaneously (white numbers)...
I think you can stack it only once for pool (so just one health, one action and one mind bleeds), but if you manage to get a multile pool bleed, that will stack with the single pool bleeds. I've tested this so I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Sadly it's a very weak DOT, maxing damage at about 200 per tick in PVE with a 350 dmg geo blaster against stun vulnerable mobs... It could be useful as a back up though, but I think that using it in PVP might be a waste of time and ham...
