Where on Talus can I grab these missions from? Do I need to have a big group to get them?

You will need to have some high lvl skills to pull Tortur missions from the terminal. I'm not sure if you and your probot/non-ch pet will be enough. It is slower but you may want to consider just finding your own lairs w/o a mission. Torturs are not rare on Talus, and with vehicles/mounts you can cover a lot of ground more quickly.

i belive they are level 32 or 35 i can pull them off terminals with a level 40 rancor and myself....they pay out about 6k
