Scout & Republic Blasters do energy

Striker Pistol does kinetic

I'm not sure of any others. I only carry a Republic, FWG5, and DX2. The damage and speed on those are high enough that in most cases, even if a creature has high resists to those, they're still better than a tangle or striker or whatever. Doing 50% of 200 damage every 1.5 seconds is better than doing 100% of 80 damage every 4 seconds.
