is pistoleer PointBlankArea2 broken?

it's only firing at the target your are targeting at and ignore everything else that is banging on your head and butt...

Please confirm this for Mai... Thank you much

its broken, it wont do an area attack

Is a special considered broken if it never worked in the first place? Hmm...something to think about.
