Thread: Question about my pistol template please help

i am currently a mtk and master pistoler and rogue and novice med
i enjoy pvping but i dont believe this is that goood of a template for this.. Can some1 tell me something i can add or drop to have a better pvp template

Well, that'sa pretty powerful template as it is, but if you want to start stacking defenses (you already have the most powerful Melee Prof, and the most powerful Pistol attacks, so the only thing you could improve is Defense, imo), drop Medic and take Fencer 3/4/0/0, for the added Melee, Range and KD/PD defenses. With 120 Def vs. KD, and 100 Def vs. PD, you'd be nearly impossible to KD or posture down, even without food.

the only thing is if i drop medic then i cant go to the ns cave and make money because they hit my health and the only way i stay alive is to keep healing...is there anything i can do about that??

BH Pistols but that would cost too many SPs.
You've got a fine Offensive Temp. What you've got is what most uber-l33t defense stackers have already. Add Fencer and you'll be nigh unhittable. Stop trying to be godlike, lol

You can't beat Bounty Hunter 0-0-4-0 and Pistoleer 0-0-4-3 with a stick, but I'm more of a PvE type.

I dont remember if rogue is the FD line, but ill assume it is. with last ditch you can hit hard enough but i like BH pistol 4, but thats an entirely different template. With yours, id drop medic and spend it on fencer like someone else suggested. or even master smuggler for the heck of it.

I used to have Fencer 4000 + MP and BH Pistols but switching to Fencer 0440 made a world of difference, ranged defense is really poor with this template but who cares. PvP is almost nothing but TK/Swordsman anyway.

IMO for pure offense go BH pistol 4/master pistoleer/dirty fighting line - all the accuracy and spped you can get without attachments and every pistol shot in the game
I have been this template and as far as offense goes its the best we have.
I have found that because of the way the game is set up at this time if you are heavy into a melee profession and
Master TK is pretty heavy into it, you will find yourself using the melee profession more than the pistols. At least it has been my experience anyway.
The lack of accuracy and speed make it very difficult to compete the way you would want, so you use the melee in PvP and PvE.
Right now I'm more melee than pistols but I still hold onto the hope that the "upgrade" really will upgrade and I can go back to my first love

I think you will find a whole new world of success if you just get speedtapes, anyting around +12 to +16. Save your points.
You can't go wrong with those fencer defenses tho. Just need to decide how important medic is to you.
I would keep this template as is until speed cap is achieved to see if I needed to get anymore defenses.
I know myself, I dont need any fencer.
And I use Pistols 99% of the time. They are just cooler and when speed capped, wonderous
